How do I request an estimate from you?

The best way is to utilize our online estimate request form. Click here to access the form. You may also contact one of our professional and courteous staff members and provide them with the details of your project and they will send you an estimate based on your printing project’s specific requirements.

How long will it take for you to fulfill my order?

Completion times will vary from print job to print job depending on the size and type of printing required. Let us know when you need your job completed and we will tell you if we can deliver your project within that timeframe. PrintCo will go the extra mile to insure that we manage your expectations and complete your printing project within the agreed upon schedule.

What is the best method and format for artwork to be sent to PrintCo for printing?

The Portable Document Format (PDF) is typically the preferred file format for sending artwork for document printing. This file format is compatible with most professional printing and digital output equipment. A majority of other file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word are easily converted to PDF format. See File Preparation for more details.

What is a proof and why is it required?

A proof is a sample of your printed document(s) used for visual inspection to verify that the layout and colors of your document are how you want them. You must approve the final proof before PrintCo sends your project to press for final printing.

Proofs are typically sent to you via email in PDF format or provided to you on hardcopy (printed on paper). Your thorough review and signature on the final proof is require to insure that all facets of our work and your own is the way you want it. The goal is to catch an errors during the proofing process, not after the job is completed and delivered which could be costly to you.

What does "camera ready" mean?

Camera ready art means the file image submitted for printing is ready to be transferred directly to the printing plates without any modification.

What are Pantone colors?

Pantone colors refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), a color matching system widely used in the printing industry. Printing colors are identified by a unique name or number (color swatches are available for viewing). This process alleviates some of the potential color deviations that would otherwise occur if printing was done by different print shops or printing systems.
